Nvidia Cards freeze while playing games like Crysis 3

Issue: I have an Nvidia gtx480 which often use to freeze and the computer needs to be restarted.
What i did : I am using Zotac Nvidia GTX 480 which use to freeze while playing crysis 3 and it use to happen with crysis 2 as well. All the settings were set to very high and the game was running smoothy without any lag meaning the card had enough power to support the high settings of the game. The fan use to make an awful amount of noise when playing the game too. I overclocked it but no go.
Resolution : Underclocked the video card with the application provided by the graphics card vendor zotac.

Current license usage... exceeds the license capacity vSphere 5.x

Issue: Increase the vRam from 256gb to 512gb. Upgrade the vCenter, ESXi from 5.0 to 5.0 U2. error comes out saying current license usage for vSphere 5 Enterprise Plus exceeds the license capacity. The licensing model used by the company has always been vCPU based not memory based model.
Target: Datacenters
Previous Status: Gray
New Status: Red

Alarm Definition:
([Event alarm expression: License Capacity Exceeded; Status = Red])
Event details:
The current license usage (4196.7 GB vRAM) for VMware vSphere 5 Enterprise Plus exceeds the license capacity (4.1 GB vRAM)
There was a vRAM limitation of 96GB per host in ESX 5.0 in the past.
But this limitation was removed from Vmware later and should not exist anymore:

Resolution: As per VMware this message can be ignored/neglected and the same alarm should be disabled.

HA Slot Calculation for vsphere 5.x

Let us say we have 2 ESXi hosts
RAM per ESXi host is 16 GB
CPU = 4 core X 3.4Ghz

CPU Total Capacity is 23064, divided by 2 nodes = 11,532, divided by 32MHz = 360 Slots
RAM Total Capacity is 26731, divided by 2 nodes = 13,365, divided by 53MB = 252 Slots
Can’t have CPU without memory so the max would be 252 HA slots.

VMware vCenter Server Vs PlateSpin Migrate synchronization

-          VMware Converter can only sync Windows Server 2003 and 2008. PlateSpin can sync Windows 2000 in addition to 2003 and 2008.
-          With VMware Converter, after 4+ syncs on one server the system drives (folder/files)  can become corrupt and chsdsk needs to be run.
-          VMware Converter Standalone 5.0 is not compatible with ESXi 5.1 hosts. you may have to sync to 5.0 hosts then vMotion to 5.1 hosts.
-    VMware Converter is typically faster overall in its sync times than PlateSpin, but PlateSpin is overall more reliable but some say platespin is generally faster than the vcenter converter.
